Where can I find my Order ID number?
You can find your Order ID number in your order confirmation email. If you are not able to locate this information, please contact us.
How long will it take to process my order?
Once payment is authorized, most orders will be processed by the next business day.
How can I make changes/modify my order?
Send us an email at sales@casecoinc.com as soon as possible with your order number and the URL or name of the new design. We are unable to change orders that have already shipped.
What is a pre-order item and when will it be shipped?
A pre-order item is a product that has not yet been released. You may purchase a pre-order item, which we'll prepare for shipment as soon as it's in stock. Once we ship your order, we'll notify you via email with your tracking number.
I received a damaged/defective item. What’s next?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please take a photo of the product and contact us right away. We will gladly replace it for you.
I’ve ordered a few cases, but I can’t find all of them. Where are the missing cases?
Please be sure to open all the boxes first. In some situations, we might have packed 2 cases in 1 box. If you've checked all the boxes and the cases are still missing, please contact us.
How can I pay for my order?
Proceed to checkout and click on PayPal or Credit Card to purchase.

What is not covered by warranty?
- Normal wear and tear of product use
- Products that have been modified or altered
- Damage caused by unauthorized repaire
- Mishandling, misuse, accident, abuse, improper maintenance or other abnormal use

We happily offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for items returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
How do I return an order?
Send us an email at sales@casecoinc.com with your Order ID number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the rest!

Can I change my shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID number and we will attempt to stop or cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped out, please contact our courier partner, which you can find alongside the tracking number in your confirmation email.
What are the shipping charges and delivery time?
Orders above $50 - Free Shipping (3-7 days delivery time)
Orders below $50 - $7 (3-7 days delivery time)
All expedited orders - $25 (1-3 days delivery time)
